Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does shipping take?

All UAE deliveries are typically completed within 2–3 business days, depending on the delivery location and order verification.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Best Gold delivers only within the UAE to ensure safe and compliant delivery of precious metals.

3. Is shipping for gold and silver insured?

Yes. All shipments are fully insured and securely handled from dispatch until delivery.

4. Do I need to show my ID at the time of delivery or pickup?

Yes. Customers must present a valid Emirates ID or passport at the time of delivery or store pickup for identity verification.

5. Do you offer store pickup or collection?

Yes. Customers can proceed with checkout and select store pickup. Orders can be collected from our store after confirmation. A valid ID and order confirmation are required at pickup.

6. How is the product packaged for safe delivery?

Orders are packed using secure, tamper-evident, and discreet packaging to ensure protection and privacy during transit.

7. Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes are allowed only before dispatch and after verification. Once shipped, delivery details cannot be changed for security reasons.

Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and secure UAE-approved payment gateways.

2. How long is the price valid once I add a product to the cart?

Gold and silver prices are market-linked and change frequently. When you add a product to the cart, the price is locked for 3 minutes. If payment is not completed within this time, the price may update based on the live market rate.

3. Do you provide an invoice for all purchases?

Yes. A digital invoice is issued for every successful purchase and sent to your registered email.

4. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use encrypted and secure payment gateways, and we do not store sensitive card details.
